The Community

Appaloosa Meadows II is a community of 110 homes on 1.0-1.5 acre lots. All stick-built custom homes populate the neighborhood. Domestic animals only and their human partners are welcome in the community.

Chino Valley is located 8 miles north of Prescott, AZ off the 89-highway.  Residents enjoy the peacefulness of a rural community with all the amenities of the city. Our town is peppered with small businesses keeping that hometown feeling.

All the public schools are located within the town limits, making school a block or a bike ride away. No impacted classrooms or year-round schools here. Our classes are open, mask-free and under 30 students per room.
