The Annual HOA Fees are due now. The invoice was mailed with the Board Member Election Ballots in November, The 2025 HOA fee is $245. Any payments received after 1/31/25 a 10% late fee, $24.50 plus any additional postage charges. Please contact Lisa Patnode for details.
