BOARD OF DIRECTORS NOTIFICATIONS
Following are issues and notices that you should read and heed if applicable.
#1 This is a reminder that the CC&Rs require 3 trees in the front of your property. The Board will be doing a tour of the neighborhood and will send out letters to those properties that don’t have 3 trees requesting that you plant as necessary.
#2 Another reminder, the CC&Rs prohibit overnight parking on the street in front of your home. It has been noted that people have been parking overnight in front of their property, please refrain from doing this.
